Baptiste Inspired Hot Vinyasa

This hot class is inspired by the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Method. It combines dynamic breathing and strong, flowing movement to create a high-heat, high energy flow. The goal of the class is to break through the physical resistance of the body as a means to connect deeper to the breath and spirit. This exciting vinyasa flow class is both strong and graceful, while allowing breath guided movement, dynamic fluidity, and innovative and fun transitions. From the ground up, opportunity to explore inversions and balancing postures.

Friday Flow - Hot Vinyasa

Blending yoga with mindful mobility, this practice infuses strength and stability into your yoga asana. Class will move at an accessible pace, waking up the body thoughtfully and methodically. Expect a detour from a traditional yoga class with the creative use of various movement modalities. Come prepared to work as you learn more about how your body is designed to move. 

A breath-guided movement with dynamic fluidity while playing with innovative and fun transitions in a supported environment. 

HOT 26 Hybrid Flow

Get flowing! This class is a hybrid of the classic Hot 26 & 2 series and classic Vinyasa Flow. After warming up the joints & muscles; you will experience five flows that are repeated twice through that combine static postures from Hot 26 and the breath to movement connection from Vinyasa. With this class being consistent; it allows practitoners to focus on alingment and breathing at a moderate pace making it perfect for all levels.

Hot Vinyasa

Vinyasa means linking movement with breath. During this class you will practice bringing awareness to your breathing and using your breath as a way to guide you through the movements set by the instructor. After warming up the joints and muscles; we keep the body moving introducing combination's of seated, standing and balancing poses. The pace increases as the flow is repeated. Expect to feel challenged, sweaty, and stretched. With a regular practice; you can improve strength, flexibility, balance, and mental focus.

Hot 26&2

This is the ORIGINAL Hot Yoga!

It consists of a series of 26 static postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a specific order. This series systematically works every muscle, tendon, ligament, organ, gland, cell and joint in the body, while simultaneously improving concentration, patience and determination. While the series is challenging and requires commitment, it is designed for beginners. This is a great foundational class to build strength, flexibility, endurance, mental fortitude and breath awareness. This class is highly recommended for any new or experienced practitioner.

Hot 26&2 Beats

Hot 26 Beats is a music driven class is the same series found in the Hot 26 class with less instruction.

It consists of a series of 26 static postures and 2 breathing exercises performed in a specific order. This series systematically works every muscle, tendon, ligament, organ, gland, cell and joint in the body, while simultaneously improving concentration, patience and determination. While the series is challenging and requires commitment, it is designed for beginners. This is a great foundational class to build strength, flexibility, endurance, mental fortitude and breath awareness. This class is highly recommended for any new or experienced practitioner.

It is not required but encouraged to have practiced the 90 min dialogue class prior to trying Beats. 

Hot Barkan Inspired Vinyasa

Barkan inspired Vinyasa is based on Jimmy Barkan’s Method of Hot Yoga. Consisting of five Vinyasa flows that integrate many of the same postures also practiced in the Hot 26 & 2 series. This class is dynamic and challenging but suitable for all levels. Every practitioner will have an opportunity to explore the depth of their practice.

Hot Candlelight Vinyasa Flow

Vinyasa means linking movement with breath.

During this class you will practice bringing awareness to your breathing and using your breath as a way to guide you through the movements set by the instructor. After warming up the joints and muscles; we keep the body moving introducing combination's of seated, standing and balancing poses. Lit by candlelight explore any tension in the body with longer holds and finish practice with relaxation/meditation in savasana.

Hot Hathayasa

Hot Hatha yoga is a yoga class that combines traditional Hatha (Hot 26) yoga principles with a heated room to improve flexibility, strength, and relaxation. The heat from the room stimulates deep muscle release and improves pliability. This class is generally slower-paced than other styles, with each pose held for a longer duration. This makes it a good choice for beginners or those looking to deepen their practice. This practice can help relieve stress and tension, improve mental clarity, and sharpen focus and concentration.

Hot Hour Of Power

A more challenging Vinyasa that includes faster flows and powerful sequences. This class is energizing and balanced, and incorporates strengthening, balancing, and deep stretching of the body. Build mental focus and discipline in this energetic class. Tho this is a powerful class; we offer variations to help students modify or intensify poses allowing this class to be an all levels class. Challenge yourself as you sweat and cleanse through the next hour.

Hot Inferno Pilates

Get ready to sweat and have a blast! Inferno Hot Pilates use's Pilates principles in a challenging, full body, low impact, high intensity workout. IHP combines HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) with mat pilates to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility, create long lean muscles, burn fat and boost metabolism all with out impact on our joints. This practice is for EVERY body. We will have you sweating and smiling with energetic music and fun lights keeping you motivated throughout the whole class.

Hot Power Slow Flow

Enjoy a Slow Power Flow, that allows a mindful and purposeful pace of movement that is aligning directly to the breath. This slow and powerful flow focuses on building strength and increasing flexibility, while acknowledging the important connection between mind, breath and movement. Finding the beauty and challenge in moving with intention; gaining an excellent workout and enjoying the process along the way!

Hot Vinyasa Conditioning

This all levels energizing Vinyasa class is filled with conditioning elements to allow yogis to increase their strength and advance their practice by utilizing props and light weights. You will focus on aligning breath and movement and building endurance. This vinyasa flow will help energize you for the day! Come prepared to sweat and leave feeling motivated!

Strictly Strength

Step out of the heat and focus solely on strength training with free weights. Adding a strength element to your routine provides the ability to transition into a flow with improved control and stability. This class will provide you with a variety of exercises to complement your practice as well as create new muscle tone while burning calories. We will focus on full body strength, in our non-heated space. Class size is limited. It is recommended to sign up in advance. 

30 minutes - Located in studio 2 - Bring a mat & sweat towel (also available to rent in studio) - No shoes required but optional clean flat shoes are permitted 

Warm Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga provides a beautiful calming balance of the mind and body. Yin is suitable for any level Yogi. This slow paced practice compliments our other classes (Yang) as it aims to reduce stress and enhance relaxation by targeting the connective tissues and releasing deep fascia within the body. Warm Yin Yoga is a passive practice that consists of a series of poses held for an extended amount of time ranging from 2-5 minutes, allowing the muscles to relax and giving the mind what it craves.

Props such as bolsters, straps, blocks and blankets are commonly used to enhance practice. All props are provided by the studio.
