Step Into The Heart Of Yoga……

Om Shala’s 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is more than a certification — it’s a journey of transformation. Whether you dream of teaching yoga or simply long to deepen your personal practice, this training will help you reconnect to your breath, your body, and your purpose. Through movement, philosophy, and self-study, you’ll learn not only how to teach yoga — but how to live it.

“Om” is the primordial sound — the vibration of creation itself. It’s often said to be the sound that contains all sounds, the hum of the universe, the breath before words. It symbolizes unity, the divine, and the essence that connects all things.

“Shala” is a Sanskrit word meaning house, home, or place of practice. In yoga culture, it’s often used to describe a sacred space dedicated to study, community, and inner work — like a yoga studio, but with a spiritual heart.

“Om Shala” can be translated as “House of Om” or “Home of Divine Sound” — a sanctuary where one returns to the vibration of truth, peace, and union.

It’s a name that carries both reverence and warmth — inviting, timeless, and rooted in tradition.

Why Do A Yoga Teacher Training With Om Shala?

Because yoga calls you inward — to discover who you are beneath the noise.
Because you’ve felt the quiet magic of the practice and want to understand it more deeply.
Because you long to share Yoga with others.

This training will:

Deepen your personal practice and self-awareness

Connect you to a supportive community of like-hearted souls

Give you the skills and confidence to guide others safely and authentically

Offer a transformative experience that has an effect on every area of your life

Whether you teach or not, this journey changes you.
